Founded in Singapore in 2016, Limitless provides a safe and accessible space for young people aged 12-25 navigating mental health challenges.
Today, we operate as a critical ‘net below the net’— reaching over 1,000 youths annually who would otherwise fall through the gaps of conventional support systems. We do so through easily accessible, pro-bono counselling, casework, and psychological interventions.
Limitless is also heavily involved in outreach and public education, and runs SAFEHOUSE — an online community and platform for youths to get support and professional help anonymously.

The gaps in our mental health system are real. And for many young people, falling through them can be the difference between getting help and suffering in silence.
